Privacy policy

Ezra L'kallah Gown Gemach (operated by Ezra L'kallah Inc, a nonprofit) collects only the information it needs to lend gowns.

What we collect

• For reservations: name, phone number, email address (optional), wedding date, the gown reserved, and whether the donation was paid.
• For staff: name, email address, and the mobile numbers staff choose to register for texting gown pickups and returns.

How we use it

Only to manage gown reservations, pickups, returns and donations, and to send reservation receipts. We do not sell, rent or share personal information with third parties for marketing.

Mobile numbers and text messages

Mobile numbers and text message opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messages are handled by our messaging provider (Twilio) only to deliver them.

Storage

Records are kept in a secure database that only gemach staff can sign in to. To ask about or remove your information, contact us.
